In collaboration with the New Hampshire (NH) Division of Public Health Services, JSI is assisting NH regions to develop capacity to provide low-flow oxygen in Alternate Care Sites (ACS). ACSs are emergency response facilities that can be set up in buildings such as schools or armories to provide health care in incidents that have overwhelmed the health care system.

In this project, JSI conducted and evaluated 10 Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP)-compliant workshops and 13 HSEEP-compliant functional exercises. JSI assisted the state to finalize the NH State Guidance on the Provision of Supplemental Oxygen in Alternate Care Sites, and developed an After Action Report and Improvement Plan at the close of the project.
