The Universal Immunization through Improving Family Health Services (UI-FHS) Rapid Assessment Report

Download this publicationThe UI-FHS project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, is using quality improvement approaches seldom used in immunization programs to explore how to strengthen and sustain varying capacities of district (woreda) health systems to consistently deliver high routine immunization coverage in Ethiopia. The UI-FHS rapid assessment report highlights key programmatic and community/cultural issues and existing assets/promising practices in each of its three learning districts/woredas. This information will be used to design woreda-specific quality improvement approaches to strengthen and sustain high levels of routine immunization performance. JSI/UI-FHS, 2013
