JSI Recognized as a Top Place to Work by The Boston Globe!
Boston, MA November 9, 2008 - John Snow, Inc. (JSI) has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe newspaper. JSI ranks 23rd among the 293 companies who took the survey and 11th for the Top 40 Small Workplaces list.
The award recognizes the most progressive companies in the state based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation and training, diversity/inclusion, career development, family-friendly flexibility, and values and ethics. JSI was acknowledged specifically for its culture for encouraging respect, diversity, and inclusion among its employees, ranking second in this area among 134 small businesses.
The Globe 100's Top Places to Work magazine was published in the Sunday Globe on November 9 and is based on an employee-based survey. More than 120,000 employees from 293 companies were surveyed.
