JSI is pleased to offer secure online payment services through PayPal™. To use this feature, please complete the form below. The form requires both a reference and an invoice number, which can be found on the invoice, registration form or other document you received from JSI. After the form is completed you will be directed to PayPal's secure payment site, where you can enter your payment information. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation from PayPal and an acknowledgement from JSI.
