Emergency Preparedness & Response Consultant
Location: Bow, NH

- Providing technical assistance to health care and public health clients in all aspects of emergency preparedness, response, and continuity of operations plan development;
Development, implementation, and evaluation of HSEEP-compliant exercises;
Development and implementation of training programs using adult learning modalities to build health care and public health emergency preparedness competencies; and
- New project development, including proposal writing and budget development.
- Master’s degree in public health or a related field
10+ years of experience with health care preparedness and public health emergency preparedness, with a focus on development of emergency operations plans and continuity of operations plans
Experience designing and implementing training programs; excellent training and facilitation skills
7–10 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating discussion-based and operations-based exercises
ICS or HICS and HSEEP certification
Proven grant writing skills
- Developing country experience preferred
Salary commensurate with experience.
