I don't have Flash, how do I install it?

      To install the Flash 9 Player, navigate to the CD directory. Open the file folder called "Flash".

      If you have Internet Explorer, double click "install_flash_player_active_x.exe" to run it.

      If you use Mozilla Firefox, Netscape or Opera as your browser, double click "install_flash_player.exe" to run it.

      It will install the Adobe Flash 9 Player on your computer.


When I try to open the documents in the Resources tab, nothing happens. What should I do?

      This could be due to your computer's Flash or browser security settings. Ask your computer technician for help.

       If you cannot change your security settings, you may access all of the Session documents by navigating to the CD directory. 

       Open the file folder called "Resources", then open the subfolder for each Session to see all of the documents.

       You may view and print each of the documents (they are in PDF format) as needed.


I can't view the PDF attachments. What should I do?

      Make sure that you click "OK" if you see a Flash security warning.

      If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, navigate to the CD directory and open the file folder called "Reader".

      Double click "reader.exe" to run the application.
 
      It will install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer.

How do I get my certificate?
 
     Open and complete each training session. After you pass each session assessment, print out the assessment results. 

     (You must achieve a passing score of 80% on the assessment to successfully complete a session.)
     
     Navigate to the CD directory. Open the file called "certificate.pdf".

     Print the certificate, then fill in your name and the date.

     Take the certificate and the printouts of your completed session assessments to your supervisor.

     Ask the supervisor to sign the certificate.

     The content of the Lessons in Logistics Management for Health Commodities compact disk can be found in The Logistics Handbook. You can
